All press-on sets are handmade according to the confirmed design,
shape, length and size. Please review the information below before
sending a request.
Orders
Confirmation before production
All press-on sets are made after the design, size, shape, length and final price have been confirmed.
An order is considered confirmed after payment or deposit has been made, if a deposit is required.
After production has started, changes to the design, shape, length or size may not be possible or may be charged additionally.
Payment and deposit
Deposit for custom orders
For custom orders, a deposit of 50% of the final price may be required. The deposit covers materials, design time and the start of production.
The remaining amount is paid before the order is shipped.
If a custom order is cancelled after production has started, the deposit is non-refundable.
For catalogue designs, full payment may be required before shipping.
Production time
Production before delivery
The standard production time is 3–7 business days after all details and payment/deposit have been confirmed.
More complex custom, 3D, hand-painted or XL designs may require more time.
Rush production is possible only when the schedule allows it and is charged additionally.
Delivery time is not included in the production time.
Delivery
Courier to office or address
Orders are shipped by courier to an office or address. Delivery costs are paid by the client unless stated otherwise.
After the parcel is handed to the courier, we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier company.
Please check the parcel on receipt. If there is visible damage to the packaging, notify the courier and contact us with photos.
Returns and cancellation
Custom designs and non-personalized items
Custom press-on sets are made according to individual size, design and client preferences. Because they are personalized, they cannot be returned or exchanged except in the case of a proven defect.
Non-personalized items may be eligible for return under applicable consumer law if the item has not been used, damaged or opened in a way that affects the packaging.
EU rules provide a 14-day withdrawal right for online purchases, but they include an exception for goods made to order or clearly personalized.
Claims and corrections
Defect, correction or replacement nail
If you receive a set with a defect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and send clear photos of the set and packaging.
If a production defect is confirmed, we will offer a correction, replacement nail or another suitable solution.
Claims are not accepted in the following cases:
- incorrect sizes provided by the client;
- incorrect application;
- incorrect removal;
- breakage caused by impact or pressure;
- lost nail after application;
- change of mind about color, shape or design after production;
- normal wear during use.
Use and durability
Adhesive tabs, glue and reuse
The durability of press-on nails depends on the application method, adhesive tabs or glue, daily habits and removal method.
For shorter wear, we recommend adhesive tabs. For longer wear, suitable press-on nail glue can be used.
The nails can be reused if they are applied and removed carefully.
We do not recommend forceful pulling, peeling or removal with metal tools, as this may damage both the press-on nails and the natural nails.
Colors and photos
Possible visual differences
Colors may look different depending on lighting, screen and device settings. Handmade sets may have slight differences, which is a normal part of individual production.
Every set is unique and handmade.
Photos and content
Portfolio, website and social media
Finished sets may be photographed or filmed for portfolio, website and social media content.
If the order is a gift or surprise and you do not want it published before a certain date, please tell us in advance.
