How do I place an order? Orders
Choose a ready-made set, use the calculator for an estimated price, or send a request through the form. We then clarify the design, size, shape, length, price and production time. The order is considered confirmed only after the final details and payment or deposit, if required, are confirmed.
Does sending a request confirm an order? Orders
No. Sending a request does not automatically confirm an order. It is the first step for clarifying the details, whether the design is possible, the final price and the timeline.
Can I order a ready-made design from the website? Orders
Yes. You can choose a ready-made design from the products page and send a request. We then confirm availability, sizes, price and timeline.
Can I modify a ready-made design? Orders
Yes. Small changes such as color, shape, length, accent details or additional elements may be possible. For more complex changes, use the calculator or describe the idea in the request form.
Can I order a fully custom set? Orders
Yes. You can send an idea, colors, reference photos, occasion and preferred shape/length. After reviewing the details, we will confirm whether the design is possible and what the final price will be.
Can I send a reference photo? Orders
Yes. You can upload up to 3 reference photos in the form. They help clarify the style, colors and details, but the final result may have slight differences because every set is handmade.
Can a design be copied exactly? Orders
Not always. A photo can be used as inspiration, but we do not promise an absolutely identical copy. Colors, materials, shape, length and handmade technique can lead to small differences.
Can I change my order after confirmation? Orders
If production has not started yet, it may be possible. After production has started, changes to design, shape, length or size may not be possible or may be charged additionally.
Does the calculator show the final price? Pricing and payment
No. The calculator shows an estimated price. The final price is confirmed after reviewing the request, selected design, complexity, number of add-ons and production timeline.
Why can the final price differ from the calculator? Pricing and payment
Some designs require more time, specific materials, hand-painted details, 3D elements or additional clarification. The calculator is a helper tool, not an automatic quote.
How are add-ons charged? Pricing and payment
Some add-ons are charged per nail, for example hand-painted art or a 3D element. Others apply to the whole set, such as a shape change. You can always ask for more information through the form "I have a question".
Is a deposit required? Pricing and payment
For custom orders, a deposit may be required, usually 50% of the final price. The deposit covers materials, design time and the start of production.
Is the deposit refundable? Pricing and payment
If a custom order is cancelled after production has started, the deposit is non-refundable.
How do I choose the right size? Sizing
The safest option is to use the size guide. If needed, you can always ask me for help. If you measure yourself, measure the width of each natural nail in millimeters and send the values through the form.
What should I do if I am not sure about my size? Sizing
Write that you need help measuring. If needed, you can send a photo of your hand next to a ruler or measuring tape, but measuring in millimeters remains the most accurate option.
Who is responsible if the wrong sizes are sent? Sizing
The client is responsible for providing correct sizes. If the sizes are incorrect, the set may not fit perfectly.
What happens if one nail does not fit? Sizing
If needed, a replacement nail may be made for an additional fee, if the design and materials allow it.
Can I file a press-on nail if it is slightly too wide? Sizing
In some cases, yes. Light filing on the sides can help. It must be done carefully so the shape or design is not damaged.
Should I measure both hands? Sizing
Yes. The nails on the left and right hand are not always exactly the same. It is best to measure every nail separately.
What shapes can I choose? Shapes, lengths and design
Available shapes depend on the tips and the design. Common options include square, almond, coffin, stiletto and others. The guide shows the available shapes with photos.
Can I change the shape of a ready-made design? Shapes, lengths and design
Yes, if the design allows it. Some designs work better on a specific shape or length, so we confirm this after the request.
Can I choose a different length? Shapes, lengths and design
Yes, if the design and available tips allow it. Longer or XL designs may change the price and production time.
Will the colors look exactly like the photo? Shapes, lengths and design
Colors may look different because of lighting, camera, screen and device settings. Handmade products can also have slight differences, which is a normal part of individual production.
How do I apply press-on nails? Application and wear
Clean and dry your natural nails, push back the cuticles, lightly buff the surface, choose the correct size and apply with adhesive tabs or suitable press-on nail glue.
Should I use glue or adhesive tabs? Application and wear
Adhesive tabs are better for short wear and easier removal. Glue usually lasts longer but requires more careful application and removal.
How long do press-on nails last? Application and wear
Durability depends on nail prep, adhesive tabs or glue, daily habits and proper application. Tabs usually give shorter wear, while glue usually lasts longer.
Can I shower with them? Application and wear
Yes, but it is best to avoid water soon after application. Long exposure to water, hot water, cleaning products and strong pressure can reduce wear time.
Can I exercise with press-on nails? Application and wear
Yes, but it depends on the length, adhesive and activity. Fitness, weight lifting or strong pressure on the tips can increase the risk of lifting or breakage.
Are they suitable for everyday wear? Application and wear
Yes, if they are applied correctly and the length fits your daily routine. For a more active lifestyle, a shorter shape is usually more practical.
How do I remove them safely? Removal and reuse
Do not pull them off by force. Soak, soften the glue or tabs and remove them gently. Forced removal can damage the natural nails.
Can I reuse press-on nails? Removal and reuse
Yes, with careful application and removal. They are easiest to preserve for reuse when worn with adhesive tabs or when glue is removed gently.
How should I store them? Removal and reuse
After removal, gently clean any glue or tab residue, dry them and store them in a box or the original packaging.
What should I avoid during removal? Removal and reuse
Do not pull them, use force or pry them off with metal tools. This can damage both the press-on nails and your natural nails.
How long does production take? Timelines and delivery
Standard production time is 3–7 business days after all details and payment/deposit are confirmed. More complex custom, 3D, hand-painted or XL designs may require more time.
Is delivery included in the production time? Timelines and delivery
No. Delivery time is not included in the production time.
Is rush production possible? Timelines and delivery
Rush production is possible only if the schedule allows it and may be charged additionally.
How are orders shipped? Timelines and delivery
Orders are sent by courier to an office or address. Delivery cost is paid by the client, unless stated otherwise.
Are you responsible for courier delays? Timelines and delivery
After the parcel is handed over to the courier, we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier company.
Can I return a custom set? Returns, cancellations and claims
Custom press-on sets are made to individual size, design and preferences, so they cannot be returned or exchanged except in the case of a proven defect.
Can I return a ready-made, non-personalized product? Returns, cancellations and claims
For ready-made, non-personalized products, a right of withdrawal may apply under consumer law if the product has not been used, damaged or opened in a way that prevents resale.
How do I make a claim? Returns, cancellations and claims
Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order and send clear photos of the product and packaging. If a production defect is confirmed, we will offer a correction, replacement nail or another suitable solution.
When is a claim not accepted? Returns, cancellations and claims
Claims are not accepted for incorrect sizes provided by the client, incorrect application, incorrect removal, breakage caused by impact or pressure, a lost nail after application, change of mind after production or normal wear.
What should I do if the parcel arrives damaged? Returns, cancellations and claims
Check the parcel when receiving it. If there is visible damage to the packaging, notify the courier if possible and contact us with photos.
Do press-on nails damage natural nails? Safety and care
When applied correctly and removed carefully, press-on nails can be a gentle option. Damage most often comes from forced removal, excessive filing or incorrect use.
Can I use them if my nails are damaged or inflamed? Safety and care
It is not recommended. If you have pain, inflammation, infection, a lifted nail plate or an allergic reaction, consult a specialist first.
Can an allergic reaction happen? Safety and care
It is possible if you are sensitive to glue, gel products or other materials. If you feel burning, itching, redness or discomfort, remove the product carefully and consult a specialist.
Are they suitable during pregnancy? Safety and care
Press-on nails do not require UV curing on the natural nail, but if you are sensitive to glues or chemicals, choose adhesive tabs or consult a specialist.
Will my order be posted on social media? Photos, content and communication
Finished sets may be photographed or filmed for portfolio, website and social media. If the order is a gift or surprise and you do not want it posted before a certain date, let us know in advance.
Can I communicate through Instagram or TikTok? Photos, content and communication
Yes. If you prefer communication there, add your profile in the form. Otherwise, leave the field empty and we will use email or phone.
What language can I send a request in? Photos, content and communication
You can send a request in Bulgarian or English. The form records the language of the page from which the request was sent.
