Every order is manually confirmed so we are sure about the design, size, timeline, price, payment method and delivery.

1. Request

Send the details

Fill in the request form or message us on Instagram/TikTok. You can choose a catalogue design, personalization or a fully custom idea.

2. Confirmation

We confirm the size, design, final price, production time and payment method. Orders are not automatically accepted by the website.

3. Production

The set is scheduled for production after all details and the payment method are confirmed.

Payment

At this stage, orders are confirmed manually because many designs are personal and need clarification before the final price is confirmed.

Suitable for orders where the final price has already been confirmed. Transfer details are sent after clarification.

Possible options for pre-agreed orders. Payment details are sent after confirmation.

If needed, an individual payment link can be sent after the amount has been clarified.

Possible for some deliveries when suitable for the specific order. It is clarified in advance.

Delivery

Delivery is clarified after the order is confirmed. This page can later include exact delivery prices, timelines and preferred couriers.

The finished set can be shipped via courier after it is made and packed.

The timeline depends on the complexity of the design, workload and required materials. It is confirmed individually.

The set is packed carefully so it arrives in good condition and is convenient to apply.
